Aparna Joshi was a co-founder of Musiconcepts, the company behind three successful editions of the India Music Summit and two editions of the acclaimed Music Retreat in the Hills. A distinguished advertising and marketing professional with a stellar career at Ogilvy & Mather, she has long been a passionate advocate for Indian culture, especially Indian classical and folk music.She has worked closely with several leading musicians on projects of national importance and will lead the curation for The Music Collective, bringing together artistic excellence, cultural authenticity, and meaningful audience engagement. A member of Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), she brings deep social and professional influence along with decades of experience in building impactful cultural and brand narratives.

Ratna Chadha

Ratna Chadha is Chairperson and Founder of TIRUN Travel Marketing and a pioneer of cruise tourism in India, with over 47 years of leadership in the travel industry. Deeply passionate about Indian culture and music, she has played a defining role in introducing global cruise and leisure travel brands to the Indian market while building enduring relationships across an extensive network of clients, partners, and industry associates. Under her leadership, TIRUN established a long-standing partnership with Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. and emerged as India’s leading cruise travel company. She also serves as Partner & Advisor to Anecdotes, bringing strategic vision, industry leadership, and decades of expertise in curated travel experiences.

Ambika Srivastava

Ambika Srivastava is a senior media and business leader with extensive experience in advertising, revenue strategy, and enterprise leadership. Former CEO & Chairman of ZenithOptimedia India, she also held leadership roles at Lintas Media Group and Universal McCann, driving growth across complex, high-value businesses.As co-founder of Musiconcepts, she led business strategy and sales for curated music-led platforms. A lifelong patron of music, Ambika combines cultural insight with commercial discipline to build differentiated, investment-ready experiences. She also mentors professionals on leadership and career growth, reflecting her commitment to long-term value creation.

Sandeep Dayal

Sandeep Dayal is a veteran travel strategist with over three decades of experience across India’s leading destination management and experiential travel companies. Deeply passionate about Indian culture and music, he has played a pioneering role in shaping how global travellers experience India through immersive, thoughtful, and culturally rooted journeys. An alumnus of St. Stephen's College, he has represented India on key global platforms and been part of several official Government of India delegations abroad. Through Journeymart and Anecdotes, he continues to champion meaningful, sustainable, and emotionally resonant travel experiences built on storytelling, cultural connection, and human engagement.

Aditi Chadha

Aditi Chadha is an entrepreneur, experiential travel strategist, and co-founder of Anecdotes, with over 18 years of experience across travel, hospitality, and brand building. Passionate about Indian culture, especially music, she has led the creation of immersive journeys, retreats, and culture-led experiences across India and globally. Known for her ability to innovate, Aditi combines storytelling, cultural depth, and community-driven engagement with strong business and operational expertise. An alumna of Columbia University and Warwick Business School, she brings a global perspective to experiential travel and cultural collaborations.

Deepak Sahai

Deepak Sahai is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience across media, telecommunications, sales, and operations. He served as Country Head – India at PCCW and held senior leadership roles at Star TV and Anand Bazar Patrika, driving market expansion, strategic partnerships, and large-scale business operations.

A co-founder of Musiconcepts, Deepak brings deep expertise in commercial strategy, stakeholder management, and execution. His structured, performance-driven approach combines operational discipline with entrepreneurial vision to build scalable ventures and deliver sustainable growth.

Each edition is rooted in a place and its musical heritage, weaving together Indian classical, folk and devotional traditions with conversations, guided listening, discovery and moments of exceptional performance. The result is not simply a music retreat, but a continuing journey through India's living musical traditions—created for those who are curious to listen, learn and experience music more deeply.
